Did you know that Grizzlies used to be found as far east as St Louis? They are now only found in small parts of Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Washington and Alaska. If you have ever seen one in person you know that they are an incredibly special and intelligent animal that should be protected.

This particular bear is 610, daughter of the famous bear 399, both of which find their home in Grand Teton National Park.

I painted on a thick canvas, with painted edges, so it can be hung on the wall or sit on a shelf or desk.
